In fall 2007, three years after Phoenix 2020 launched, Westcor grand opened the first two projects within our Arizona development pipeline ― SanTan Village in Gilbert and The Promenade at Casa Grande. Our work and commitment toward the creation of the future Phoenix 2020 projects continue while remaining committed to working with the communities in which we have our core Westcor portfolio.

Looking beyond the core metro area remains increasingly important to Westcor's development philosophy as the long-term, market-driven demand of these communities crystallize.
